On September 22, 1975, at San Sebastian College Recoletos - Manila, four prominent members of Alpha Phi Omega - Len Toledo, Bong Manuel, Jun Cristobal, and Vic Tomelden - conceptualized a fraternity dedicated to fostering leadership, friendship, and service at the secondary school level.
The fraternity was established with 37 charter members, marking the beginning of a legacy that would span generations.
While evolving as an independent entity from Alpha Phi Omega (APO), SRB maintained its position as a consistent ally and friend of all APO brothers and sisters, united by common principles and fraternal bonds.
On June 18, 2015, SRB was officially registered under Securities and Exchange Commission with Registration Number 201511974, becoming Scouts Royale Brotherhood International Service Fraternity and Sorority, Inc. (SRB - ISFS).
Today, SRB continues to uphold its founding principles while adapting to modern challenges. Our commitment to leadership development, friendship building, and community service remains stronger than ever.
